The Corporate Justice Blog is pleased to announce that Professor Kristin N. Johnson will be blogging in this space in coming weeks and months as a guest blogger. Professor Johnson currently teaches Securities Regulation and Business Associations at Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to teaching at Seton Hall, Professor Johnson worked as Assistant General Counsel and Vice president at JPMorgan. Before joining the investment bank, she practiced law as a corporate associate at Simpson, Thatcher and Bartlett LLP in New York, where she represented issuers and underwriters in domestic and international debt and equity offerings, lenders and borrowers in banking and credit matters and private equity firms and publicly traded companies in mergers and acquisitions. Before law school, Professor Johnson was an analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co.Professor Johnson received her B.A., from Georgetown University, and her J.D., from the University of Michigan Law School.
